Account & Data Deletion

For the Wealth Management app, published by Vittedge Technologies.

How to close your account

In the app, open Settings and scroll to the Danger Zone section, then tap:

Settings Delete my account

(“Delete my account” is under the Danger Zone section of Settings.)

A confirmation appears. Once you confirm, you are signed out immediately and will no longer be able to sign in to any of our apps. Push notifications stop at once.

What happens to your data

Closed Your login is closed. You cannot sign in again.
Retained The clients, deals and activity you created remain with your organisation, which continues to own those business records. Your account can be restored by your organisation's administrator.

Requesting full erasure of your personal data

To have your personal details erased rather than deactivated, email support@vittedge.co.in from your registered email address with the subject “Erase my personal data”. We verify against your registered email and mobile, then process within 30 days.

Records we are legally required to retain as a registered intermediary are kept for the period required by applicable law and are not used for any other purpose.
